A seminar on "Migration Tension: Diversity, Social Inclusion and Non-formal Education" was held in Belgrade, Serbia from 28.06-01.07.2018. The event is part of a series of seminars focusing on regional issues, organized by the IFLRY in different parts of Europe.


For 4 days, young liberals from different political organizations from Romania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, as well as trainers from Germany, Sweden, England, Belarus and Lebanon discussed the problems of the countries of the Balkan Peninsula related to migration, refugees, populism, hate speech, social inclusion, and others.


Youth Movement for Rights and Freedoms was represented by Behchet Emurlov - municipal chairman of the Youth Movement for Rights and Freedoms Aytos and Tanzer Yuseinov - secretary of the Municipal Youth Movement MRF Sofia-city.


Guests of the seminar were also representatives of various NGOs from Serbia, working with various vulnerable groups and fighting for the rights and freedoms of all people, regardless of ethnicity, religion, language, etc.


Through non-formal education, young people had the opportunity to share good practices from their countries and seek solutions to the problems together.
